How to submit a copyright claim
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe material accessible through this service infringes your rights, contact us through the Contact page and select “Copyright claim.” Please include:
- Your name, organization (if applicable), and reliable contact information.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL, video identifier, page, or other information necessary for us to locate the material or activity at issue.
- A statement explaining the basis of your claim and your authority to act for the rights holder.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate.
Review process
We may request additional information when a notice is incomplete or cannot be matched to the material being reported. When appropriate, access to the relevant functionality or material may be limited while a claim is reviewed.
Misrepresentation
Please submit claims carefully and in good faith. False, misleading, or abusive claims may create legal consequences under applicable law.
Repeat or abusive use
Where technically and legally appropriate, we may restrict access associated with repeated misuse of the service or repeated infringement notices that are substantiated.
